How to delete your data from Positive Salon Strategies

Delete Your Account and Data

If you would like to delete your account and all associated data from Positive Salon Strategies, you can do so by following these steps:

Option 1: Delete from Your Account Settings

  1. Log in to your account at positivesalonstrategies.com
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

This will permanently delete your account, profile information, purchase history, and all associated data.

Option 2: Contact Us Directly

If you are unable to log in or prefer to have us handle the deletion, please contact us:

Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been deleted.

For Facebook Users

If you signed up using Facebook Login, you can also request data deletion directly from your Facebook account:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy Settings
  2. Click Apps and Websites
  3. Find Positive Salon Strategies and remove it

When you remove the app from Facebook, a data deletion request is automatically sent to us and we will delete your data.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Account profile and login credentials
  • Purchase and order history
  • Consultation credits and booking history
  • Course progress and completion records
  • Any saved preferences or settings

Note: We may retain certain information as required by law (e.g., financial transaction records for tax purposes) for the minimum period required.
