Welcome to Positive Salon Strategies. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our digital training products, consultation services, and online platform (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Positive Salon Strategies provides digital training products, educational content, and consultation services designed for salon professionals, stylists, and beauty industry entrepreneurs. Our Services include but are not limited to:

• Digital video training courses and educational content
• Downloadable workbooks and training materials
• One-on-one VIP consultation sessions
• Access to our online learning platform

All purchases are processed through our secure payment provider. Payment is due at the time of purchase. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable due to the instant-access nature of digital content.
• VIP consultation sessions must be scheduled within 90 days of purchase and are subject to availability.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to purchased digital products through our online platform. Please note:

• Digital products are for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not share, distribute, resell, or reproduce any content without express written permission.
• Access to digital products is tied to your account and may not be transferred.
• We reserve the right to revoke access for violations of these Terms.

VIP consultation sessions are subject to the following terms:

• Sessions must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance through our booking system.
• Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours notice.
• No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the session.
• Session content is for guidance purposes only and does not constitute professional business, legal, or financial advice.
• Results may vary and are not guaranteed. Success depends on individual effort and circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Positive Salon Strategies, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of business opportunities
• Business interruption
• Loss of data
• Any results or outcomes from implementing advice or strategies

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to videos, workbooks, written materials, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of Positive Salon Strategies and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use purchased content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, reproduce, or create derivative works
• Distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform the content
• Use the content for any commercial purpose
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
• Attempt to circumvent any security features of our platform
• Use our Services in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our systems
• Engage in any conduct that is abusive, harassing, or harmful to others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abusive or inappropriate conduct
• Sharing or distributing content without authorization

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Positive Salon Strategies, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails after 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Maine law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
